Purpose and Scope
Initiate and implement effective Human Resource practices by providing end to end HR support through timely recruitment, employee engagement, employee centric policies and procedures and thereby contribute to realization of organizational goals.
Key Accountability
1. Manpower Planning: • Define the Manpower plan in coordination with Integrative Senior Leadership team and aligned to the scope of future projects • Generate the Recruitment strategy from the manpower plan to ensure expeditious closure of positions.
2. Recruitment, Selection and Induction • Recruitment and Selection of human resources based on the resource status and contingencies of each projects. • Continuous improvement on all the recruitment, selection, training and placement procedures. • Ensure effective induction and socialisation programs for the employees in an objective of enhancing the organisations culture.
3. Benchmarking Exercises • Scan the external environment and keep improving the internal procedures and standards in a strategic manner. • Scanning the internal environment, continuously tracking and monitoring each employee to ensure that job satisfaction and motivational levels are up to the mark to avoid unexpected employee turn over. • Constantly benchmarking and updating with the industry best human resource practices and policies.
4. Exit Management: • Address organisational redundancies through the performance management process and ensure their release in a socially responsible manner • Ensure adherence to exit procedures while releasing resources
5. Skill Enhancement • Engage in a continuous learning process for self and introduce and initiate programs that will enhance the social skills of employees and positively synergise them in working as teams.
Key Success Factors 1. Selecting and training human resources with high end technical/behavioural skills and meeting the requirements on time. 2. Measuring the Job satisfaction and employee morale on a quarterly manner to ensure that high end motivation prevails through out. 3. Recruitment Cycle time for key position to be less than 1 month 4. Percentage of employee turn-over for the current year less than 10% Competences 1. Basic awareness of emerging trends. 2. Good leadership skills in guiding and coaching. 3. High-end Negotiation skills. 4. Effective communication skills. 5. Strong co-ordination skills.
