Roles and Responsibilities
Work with the management and determine recruitment needs
Use various job portals and recruitment marketing tools to source and find candidates. Implement unique sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles
Execute selection processes such as screening calls, conduct interviews etc.
Coordinate further rounds of interviews with technical team
Gather feedback from interviewers and conducts reference checks on shortlisted candidates
Rollout offer, discuss compensation structure and support candidates to accept the offer
Keep up to date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments.
Maintain a database of candidates who are looking out for opportunities and interested in joining
Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote AlgoAnalytics brand and ensure we attract the best professionals
Ensure statutory compliances including POSH & labor laws
Be the custodian of leave approval and leave data while ensuring that employee are punctual in reporting to work
Design, implement and regularly update HR policy of the company
Maintain HR process documents with respect to Confirmations, NDAs, Performance appraisals, exit interviews etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven work experience in recruitment in information technology companies
Proficiency in Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Any Graduate with 8+ years of relevant experience
