Roles and Responsibilities
Description :
Our Engineering Division is looking for aSenior Executive - HR for its R&D center at Bengaluru.
This is an HR Generalist role supporting the HR Manager in day-to-day HR management, in accordance with the Group's human resources policies and procedures. The main missions of the role are to:
Assist the Site HR Managerin the management ofHR issues in line with business objectives.
Ensureefficient payroll and benefits administration
Manage all applicable statutory compliance.
Implement HRpolicies and processes within the site and handle employee queries on the same
Report relevant HR information to the Division.
Manage HRIS and employee database
Compensation & Benefits
Monitor competitive trends, identify the organization's position and participate in thedevelopment of Compensation& Benefits strategy
Apply C&B strategy to talent acquisition.
Lead theannual Performance management system & salary review process.
Management development
Lead on-boarding of new employees, follow-up integration of new employees.
Coach and counsel management on HR matters by providing reports, indicators and feedback in order to align organizational decisionsand headcount to business needs.
Propose medium and long term HR action plans.
Plan & implement strategy to have an engaged workforce.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Master’s degree with a specialisation in HR Management
3-6 years experience in an HR generalist role
A good knowledge of employment law
Familiarity with HR information and payroll systems
Ability to handle confidential data with appropriate sensitivity and integrity
International mind set
Strong written and oral communications skills
Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
Should be willing to travel with in and outside the country
