Maintain our Employee database, manage leave requests, and oversee compliance audits and performance reviews.
Assist the senior managers in implementing HR programs and support our recruitment cycle by collaborating with department heads and facilitating onboarding for new hires.
Maintain Labour Relations by visiting plant and factory .
Solve queries of the Labours / Employees .
Dealing in day-to-day actives in the HR Dept.
Creating attendance in Excel sheet for Payroll out .
Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.
BSc degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology.
MSc degree in HR or relevant certification is a plus.
Set objectives for the HR team and track progress.
Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
Develop compensation and benefits plans.
