JOB DETAILS
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
Produce and update job specifications and descriptions
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media Post job ads on the company’s website, and relevant job boards
Evaluate resumes, cover letters, and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Follow up with Shortlisted candidates and update the company’s internal records
Be a point of contact between the candidate and the company during the selection process
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Create and Maintain Hiring Tracker Fortnightly/Monthly
