JOB OVERVIEW: We are looking for corporate human resource personnel with an experience working in recruitment agency, handling B2C clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of hiring talent for B2C organizations. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: RECRUITMENT End to End Recruitment Handle all HR activities for around 30-40 Employees Handle roles like Manpower Planning, Employee Onboarding / Induction, Statutory Compliances like - PF, ESIC, Shop and Establishment, Min Wages, Employee Exits, etc. Manage & Prepare Dashboards, HRMS, etc. Recruitment and working in recruitment agency for 50% of over all experience helping Clients for b2c process or sector like banking , real estate , insurance , Educom. Responsible for compilation of monthly payroll data i.e., New Joinees, Exits, Leave and LOP, etc. Responsible for handling and resolving employee queries within TAT. Responsible to maintain employees’ personnel files and records, exit process, periodic and ad hoc reports Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills Basic recruitment from portals for Sales and Marketing roles. Having experience of recruitment agencies or B2C industries
