Roles and Responsibilities:
Screening and selecting candidates from various sources like social media, in-house database, external online and offline sources
Conducting interviews, accessing applicant viability for a position in terms of communication skills, knowledge and experience, and matching them with current positions.
Identifying new requirements and getting in touch with the hiring Managers regards to their requirements.
Coordinating with internal On-boarding team.
Closing the positions on given TAT .
Providing periodic reports to the team manager regarding the recruitment status of positions.
Job Requirements:
GRADUATE ,preferably in human resource management or related field.
Minimum 2-4 years’ experience as a Non IT Recruiter, must have experience in volumebpohiring.
Proficiency in handling recruitment databases.
Excellent communication skills.
Good leadership and decision-making skills.
Should have good experience in various job portals and hiring sources.
Immediate joiner.
Should work as an Individual Contributor.
Should be result orientated.
Work from Office
Shift Timings – 9:30 AM to 6:30PM
