Job Purpose: Looking for a Senior HR Executive to oversee, facilitate, and improve learning and development initiatives, manage the LMS, coordinate events, support employee engagement, maintain data, and assist in the launch of new L&D programs in order to promote skill development and growth within the organization while ensuring effective reporting and communication.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Supporting in Learning and development initiative.
Monitoring and managing LMS-Karco, end to end.
Prepare L&D calendar and supporting senior management on Varies request such as Annual/Quarter events.
Support in Varies Employee engagement initiatives.
Maintaining data and Making reports on varies process handled.
This Position will be responsible for administrative duties related to planning, organizing, communicating and coordinating delivery of Group Employee Technical and Core skill development programs, as appropriate and play an active role in the launch of new L&D initiative.
Tracking participation and progress of training roll outs and communicate with attendees and domain representatives-Follow-up with.
Develop and delivering new behavioral training and help with creating monthly L&D dashboard and training summary reporting by collating data from various sources.
Direct Reports: Will be directly reporting to the HR Manager.
Minimum Experience Requirements: 2 – 4 years of Total experience required.
Preferred Experience Requirements:
2 – 4 years of total experience required.
Minimum 1 year of experience required in Human Resource.
Experience in Shipping industry can be of added advantage.
Minimum Education Requirements: Graduation in HR or relevant.
Preferred Education Requirements: Graduation in HR or relevant.
