JOB DETAILS
Must be a Graduate with some HR degree or MBA.
Must have Min 3+ yrs exp in HR Generalist activities with stability (jumps in 1 or max 2 companies)
Must have Appointment Letter/Relieving Letter/Experience Letter
Keeping a track of the team timings (IN/OUT), leaves, absenteeism, closures etc.
Admin activities & preparing trackers for the team based on Performance Evaluation based on which Appraisals would take place.
Have multiple calls with the team every 2 to 3 hrs on a daily basis.
Prepare reports for all team members on daily/weekly/monthly basis
Must be flexible in work timings as late sittings will occur.
Develop employment engagement programs to motivate the teams
