Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities :
Setting objectives, budgets, track team progress
Liasoning with government authorities for legal complainces
Should have exposures to various audits - ISO Audits, HR Audits
Monitor and periodically review internal and external policies of company. Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
Timely respond and address to general/ specific HR inquiries regarding policies, procedures and HR related concerns.
Implement policies and procedures and ensure effectiveness. Monitor HR metrics.
Regularly update the HRIS system, processing of employee changes such as promotions, salary adjustments, transfers, leaves, terminations, etc. and managing flow of associated documentation
Prepare employment agreements, employment verification letters, leave memos and other related documents.
Overlook and maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
Compile, analyze and prepare standardized or customized reports on a routine or ad hoc basis as requested from HR Head or business leaders for reports and presentations
Assist HR Business Partners with other ad-hoc requests.
Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
Schedule meetings, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
Creating KRA and KPI. Coordinate training sessions and seminars and induction of new joiners.
Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
Regular auditing of HRIS
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback
Support other functions as assigned.
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
Employee Hand Book – Implementation.
Qualification and Skills:
Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
Understanding of Human Resources Policies and Procedures
Detail oriented with ability to check documents for accuracy and communicate detailed changes
Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) and GSuite, advanced knowledge and competency with Microsoft Excel
Experience with HR databases (e.g., HRMS System especially HRM Thread)
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving orientation and analytical skills
Enthusiastic and friendly, with a demonstrated client-service orientation.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data
Good organizational and time management skills
MBA/ PG / MPM / MSW
Ideally, you also have experience with some of:
Experience working in a manufacturing company
Work experience in fast paced organizations
Team awareness.
