2. Expertise in talent management strategies, including performance improvement plans and promotion tracks.
3. Experience creating learning and development curriculum.
4. Experience creating and delivering management training.

Responsibility Deliverable:-
1. Oversee daily operations of the HR department
2. Understanding manpower requisition from the concerned department.
3. Preparing JD's and getting it approved from thedepartment head/VP's.
4. Act as a strategic business partner to group heads across theorganization.
5. Shape the performance and development systems for allemployees.
6. Designing and supporting the company talentframeworks including performancemanagement, succession planning and workforce/humanresource planning whilst guiding and managing.
7. Human Resources services for the CompanyDesign andimplement company policies that promote a healthy workenvironment
8. Create a high performance culture in the organization withsmiles all acrossEndeavorto have zero politics in the organization.
9. Develop compensation and benefits plans.
10. Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitmentprocess.
11. Discuss employees' career development paths with managers.
12. Monitor HR metrics.
13. Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.
14. Conducting Employee Engagement Activities every month.
15. Maintaining Attendance and Bio-metric Data.
Tasks & Activities:-
1. Ensuring the effectiveness of the digital system in place.
2. Conducting various training sessions on soft skills, self-development, motivation etc.
3. Handling On boarding: Induction, crisp documentation, filing documents, PF formalities, digitizing process and managing the same.
4. Think, create, implement, amend and execute systems to create a high performance culture.
5. Efficiently and quickly work on any/ every employee issues.
