JOB DETAILS
Responsible for end to end recruitment for a single / multiple Business Units.
Work with various business leaders, understand business needs / technologies areas for the Business Unit and work closely with Delivery Organization for ensuring process compliance on all the recruitment processes
Build and implement strong sourcing, selection and networking strategies to hire in a cost effective environment and efficient manner
Effectively working with various Sourcing Channels, give directions & mentor the sourcing team and enable them to deliver
Manage End to End recruitment cycle starting with Screening & qualifying potential candidates with assessment of interest, co-coordinating the interview with the panel, Salary negotiation, documentation for Background Verification / Offer generation and On-boarding
Negotiate & explain the offer , including the compensation / benefits , relocation benefits (if any)
Willingness to work in a target driven environment
Handle Assessments of candidates and articulate the Value proposition of CMS among Candidates
Preparation and Publication of MIS for all stakeholders and to prepare Operational plans based on the same
