We are urgently looking for an HR Professional for our Digital Content Startup based in South Mumbai.
Job Role: Senior HR Executive
Job Description:
The person will be involved in end to end recruitment process for in-house positions which will include both IT & Non -IT positions along with a few other HR activities like :
Handling end-to-end recruitment .
Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.

Job Requirements :
Total Experience: 4+ years of experience into end to end recruitment is mandatory.
A person from an HR background will be preferred.
In-depth knowledge of candidate’s selection methods and differences between various roles within organizations.
Excellent Communication Skills.
