HR Business Partner
· Be the business partner with full accountability to align HR best practices to business needs and employee expectations
· Drive, handle and close the recruitment process end to end
· Drive talent management strategies and strategic relationship with business to drive org goals.
· Manage the induction and on boarding process for employees
· Look for ways to proactively improve & enhance processes.
· Drive employee engagement activities.
· Be the guardian of change management for changes that have any people implications. Evaluate potential employee challenges and address proactively to enhance employee satisfaction.

Radio City was the first FM radio broadcaster in India and brings with it over 16 years of expertise in the radio industry. Music Broadcast Limited currently has 39 stations.
