JOB DETAILS
Handle the full spectrum of HR functions encompassing job ad posting, recruitment and selection, reference checks, remuneration package negotiation, performance benchmark setting, compensation review, employee engagement and talent pool management.
Handle onboarding of new hires and P-File creation
Maintain employee personal files and leave system records medical benefits as per HR policy & guidelines
Assist in the administration of employee confirmation, contract renewal, re-employment, employment certification letters, etc
Assist in monthly payroll process, bonus process and yearly AIS submission.
Assist to get quote and renewal yearly employees insurance package
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in HRM or equivalent
Minimum of at 2 years of relevant HR experience
Good knowledge Employment Act, labour laws and statutory rules and regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Meticulous, resourceful and innovative with a positive attitude
Able to multi-task and work independently in a dynamic environment
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Motivated individual to learn and grow and possesses good follow-up skills
