Full job description We are urgently hiring for a HR Executive Role. Job Title : Senior HR - Executive | Andheri | Sakinaka Job Location : Andheri | Sakinaka Experience : 5-8 yrs Please note the candidate should be well versed in using Spine HR software. Job Description: Collaborate with head of the department to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for available positions. Coordinate and facilitate the entire recruitment process, from job postings to offer letters and onboarding. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, providing guidance and support as needed. Implement policies and procedures to promote positive employee relations and maintain a respectful workplace culture. Conduct investigations into employee complaints or issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution. Support the performance management process by providing guidance to managers and employees on goal setting, performance feedback, and development planning. Assist in conducting performance evaluations, identifying performance gaps, and recommending appropriate actions or interventions. Monitor and track performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of performance management initiatives. Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data. Process payroll, benefits administration, and other HR transactions in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Master's degree preferred. Proven experience of 5 years in HR role, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in using Spine Technology (HRIS Software)
