JOB DETAILS              
This position is responsible for managing & administration of the companies Leave, Attendance and Payroll services and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities. The role responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll. Verifying the Leave and Attendance data for accuracy in payroll processing. Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration. Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate and truthful i.e. Investments declaration, Form 16s, Tax Returns. Ensuring timelines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance. Ensuring Employee Benefits including Employee reimbursements as per rules and regulations of income tax. Responsible for MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports for better decision making. Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll. Calculation and deposit of monthly liability of TDS on salaries. Preparation & Submission of Quarterly and Annual TDS returns. Responsible for publishing the monthly Payroll Dashboard. Ensure Monthly payroll provisions to Finance. Candidate will be responsible for all the in house queries regarding payroll, compliances like PF, ESIC etc. Candidate would have to coordinate with CloudeServ in case of any HRMS & Payroll related queries. Manage F&F settlement of employees leaving the service of the company. Verify all required documents and calculate pending dues, unpaid salary, incentives, bonus, gratuity & LTA. Ensure on time settlement and release of payments. Monitoring investment declaration form and verifying with original proofs. Collecting, validating expenses proofs & maintaining the data of reimbursement, investment declarations, business expenses, etc. On boarding process and responsible for appointment letter. Transfer formalities of employees within different companies, including statutory compliance requirements. Be available to answer any queries of employees with regards to HRMS software, payroll, leave and attendance. Maintaining a master file of all employees and retainers with all the required documents (online as well as offline). Modifying and presenting reports as per management requirement. Skills Required: Proven working experience as Payroll Executive People oriented and results driven Knowledge of HR systems and databases (Experience of working on HRMS/Payroll software will be an added benefit) Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills Good oral and written English communication skills. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
