HR MANAGER / SR. HR EXECUTIVE
Qualification: B.Com / Diploma in HR / Bachelor Degree in HR
Experience: Minimum Experience of 10Years in Manufacturing Industry.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Time: 09.00 am to 05.30 pm
CTC: Rs.3,60,000 to Rs.4,80,000/- p.a
Candidate should have excellent communications & well versed in English.
Must have Knowledge of Labour Policy, Statutory Compliance, Recruitment, Payroll, HR Software, Event Management etc.
Preferably Male & Female, candidate staying in nearby locality would be given first preference.

The company consists of a team dedicated to designing and manufacturing of gas springs for various applications, such as automobiles, furniture hardware and special purpose industrial applications. With manufacturing capacity of one million gas springs every year, the company is in the process of growing further to increase its production capacity.
Today, Balaji Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is at the forefront of business excellence by adopting the core strategy of reducing product cost drastically and increasing quality by ensuring availability of all the critical components in its state of the art infrastructure, located in the industrial area of Mumbai.
