Brief JD/Role
1. Managing the talent acquisition portfolio with very strong hiring acumen across business verticals (Sales/Non -Sales)
2.Source passive candidates and Search resume databases for the most fit candidates
3.Communicate with Hiring Managers and arrange the interviews
4. Follow up with clients and assist with the candidates transition and onboarding process
5. Maintain TAT for open positions
5. Use multi-channel approach to recruit
6. Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS report on daily basis
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven working experience in recruiting
Good Understanding of recruitment processes
Proficiency in using recruiting software and candidate databases
Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods
Client focus along with relationship building skills
Business acumen and market insight
Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
Recruitment (Sourcing, screening, On boarding)
Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements
Passion about HR and Talent Acquisition methods.
