Organize and maintain personnel records
Bill and account updating
Preparing quotations for clients
Payment follow ups for clients and vendor.
Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
Prepare HR documents, like employee contracts and new hireguides
Revise company policies and
Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organizing (college placements)
Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
Updating internal databases with new hire information
Creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
Publish and remove job ads Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department
Develop training and onboarding material
Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)
Maintain a database of budgeted positions viz-a-viz current status, number of vacant positions and work towards providing suitable manpower for vacant positions.
Responsible for planning and ensuring systematic induction for all new employees of the designations.
Track the attendance of all staff day wise in provided excel format (or) in the HRMIS as per organization requirement and communication.
Track leave database, eligibility, availed and closing balances of leaves for the district in excel format (or) HRMIS.
Provide this information on monthly basis to the HR & Admin Manager for payroll input.
Provide payroll inputs such as attendance summary, leave summary, other deductions to payroll employee wise in specified format for processing payroll. Ensure that salary slips are distributed to all staff of the region
