Roles and Responsibilities
1. Manage hiring of the employees, attendance and payroll.
2. Attendance and Payroll Management and Statutory Compliance knowledge Employee Database Management, Issuance of Various Letters, Leaves & Attendance Management.
3.To post a job as per requirement, to screen the CV's, line up the interviews and coordination with concern person.
4. The recruiting, interviewing, and screening responsibilities of HR recruiters can be further broken down by daily job duties, which include: Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
5. Email followup from employers Recruitment and Selection, Joining Formalities, Statutory Compliance, Exit Formalities, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Attendance and Leave Management.
6. Handling all the joining and exit formalities.
7. Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in
job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
