Senior HR Associate / Sr. HR Executive Work Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad Work Timings 6:30 PM IST 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift) Working Hours: 40 hours / Week (Mon Fri) Looking for a skilled Sr. HR Specialist to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services. The Senior HR will be responsible for : Managing the hiring process for manpower gap, reviewing resumes, coordinating, conducting interviews, conducting reference and background checks. Thorough knowledge of Employee Life Cycle - Managing end-to-end of the ELC - Onboarding, Rehire, Leave, Movement & Transfer, promotion, Exit etc. - Background Reference Check across locations including Intl locations -Proactively identify gaps, the scope for improvement in processes, to plug gaps and optimize processes and efficiencies. Should be able to manage the recruitment process within the company. Must be flexible with shift timing from 6:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST (Night Shift). Must have excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridging Management and Employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Managing the entire recruitment and selection process for new hires. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. Nurture a positive working environment. Maintain pay plan and benefits program. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Managing employee referral programs. Assisting in Recruitment dashboards. Good network and understanding in the US IT staffing market and good exposure to the whole IT consulting process.
