Roles and Responsibilities
HIRING for Senior HR Executive
- Handling full cycle of recruitment from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviewing & follow up till the candidate joins.
-Short-listing the desired candidates based on the requirement through job portals,referrals etc.
-Managing attendance, payroll & statuary compliance.
-Visiting stores across Hyderabad to solve grievances of staff,ensuring grooming standards & controlling attrition level.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Energetic and enthusiatic
-Personal Traits: Good Communication skills (written & verbal) and positive attitude is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years experience required in Non-IT recruiting for FMCG or Retail.
