JOB DETAILS
We are looking for Senior HR Executive to lead our HR team. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To perform well in this role you should have experience as an HR Executive, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants abilities.
Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions).
Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration.
Responsible for MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports for better decision making
Responsible of publishing monthly Payroll Dashboard
Preparing various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letter, Experience letter, Relieving letter.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Requirements: -
Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
Proven working experience as Payroll Executive
People oriented and results driven
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
