Roles and Responsibilities
Recruitment
Mid level recruitment including Ops team.
Drafting JD
Managing vendors
Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and Job boards
Sourcing and Screening resumes based on requirements
Scheduling interview for shortlisted candidates.
Responsible for taking first round of interviews
Interview coordination with hiring managers.
Creating strong talent pipelines for Ops departments current and future hiring needs.
HR Operations & HRMS
Responsible for Exit interview of Ops Team.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related queries.
Pinning and sending HR letters to employee through HRMS.
Uploading and validating employees docs on HRMS
Uploading interview feedbacks of candidates on HRMS.
Address employee grievances of Ops Team
HR activity within business unit ( ops Department ) and to improve employee experience
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Tracker and MIS : Maintaining day to day new joinee & MIS tracker for Open & closed position for Ops Department.
Desired Candidate Profile
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems
Excellent communication and people skills
Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
Qualification
Preferred MBA in HR.
1-3 years of relevant work experience
