Our mission is to build the world's most convenient platform for the distribution and monetization of knowledge and we are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is preferably a technophile and has worked in a technology company.
About The Role
Knorish is used by individual instructors, coaches, celebrities, influencers, and organizations who already understand that knowledge and content packaged well within the right funnel can help them build massive businesses, impact people willing to learn new skills, generate leads and establish thought leadership.
We want to live in a world where anyone with a skill/ knowledge to share can adopt the passion entrepreneurs' lifestyle and organizations see the knowledge - content as their most important asset to generate high-quality leads and thought leadership. Youll be responsible for finding the people passionate to work towards the cause.
Key Responsibilities
You'll contribute towards end-to-end recruitment management as per budgets and TAT for all open profiles.
Including reviewing resumes and applications, conducting recruitment interviews, and giving the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
Would require having massive outreach & be open to making constant outgoing calls
Provide high-quality HR support to teams & all verticals of the business.
Coordinate with external hiring agencies, vendors
Plan and conduct onboarding of new hires, generate appointment letters, smooth assimilation
Create & manage employee files, Prepare necessary documentation for timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment letters, salary slip, leave encashment, and full and final settlement
Be the single point of contact for company policies and ensure compliance
The position requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related areas. Min. 2 years of experience working in Human Resources & most importantly strong interpersonal and communication skills.
