Roles and Responsibilities
Recruitment
Manage end to end talent acquisition process.
Understanding the requirement, sourcing by using different means - databases, social media and portals network sites, reference, headhunting, database etc, and conducting first level screening and interviews. Ability to close positions with limited timelines and on urgent basis.
Payroll
Managing and preparing payroll for 400+ employees. Leave and Attendance Management.
Sound understanding of compensation structure, PF and ESIC
Administration
Manage the whole admin duties including office management, petty cash and other responsibilities. Managing vendors and outside agency relations
Other HR Responsibilities
Familiarity with HR databases & Process documentation.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) and update database.
Possesses a clear understanding of HR Processes
Grievance Handling
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
