Experience Required : 3 to 5 year
Position objective:
The Senior HR Executive will primarily manage and continually improve the quality and efficiency of Recruitment and selection process. The incumbent will ensure all open positions are closed within agreed SLAs. Additionally, He /She will also work as HR business partner for Aussizz India IT vertical. This role is mix of 50% recruitment and 50% post recruitment ( HR generalist) work.
Roles/responsibilities:
Responsible for overall recruitment and selection including understanding business needs
Short listing the profiles & arranging for their interviews
Accountable for meeting all staffing numbers as per SLAs
Assists in the identification of recruiting issues and implement solutions
Obtain references and carry out reference checks, escalating issues as appropriate
Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, including accurately recording all Resourcing activities on PMT ( Project Management Tool)
Building and maintaining relationship with various recruitment sources e.g. Placement agencies, Educational institutions, Job portals etc
Conduct HR Induction & run effectively employee onboarding program
Faciliating periodic employee engagement activities to boost employee morale & commitment
Working closely with all stakeholders and plan employee career path to improve retention & create leadership pipeline
Employee relations/grievance handling
Build the companys professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners

Qualification : Graduate degree in any discipline.
Experience :
2- 3 years experience in lateral hiring ( IT/BPO/KPO experience will be preferred)
Experience of participating in campus interview/job fairs
Experience in leveraging social media and other professional network for hiring
Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Recruiting Coordinator
