Job description
A. Employee Life Cycle
1. Responsible for handling functions relating to manpower planning, succession planning, talent retention, team building.
2. Employee relations, annual performance appraisals and performance management, conflict resolution, corrective actions, employee development.
3. Manage the development and maintenance of the HR systems. Create/prepare reports and analysis using the Excel.
4. Ensure proper dissemination of information regarding of HR policies and procedure.
5. Identify the gaps and organize training & sessions to overcome these gaps.
B. Recruitment and Talent Management
1. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, posting jobs on various job portals, campus hiring screening, short listing, schedule candidates for interviews, coordination, interviewing, salary negotiations, background checks.
2. Handling pre-joining (reference verification, salary slips, offer letter) and post joining documents & formalities.
3. Grievance handling & problem solving.
4. Manage employee contract, trainee confirmations, training, and development activities.
5. Liaison with placement offices of top educational institutes for interns & trainees.
C. Payroll and Compensation Administrations
1. Attendance data to be maintained from field sense app and generate the payroll.
2. Design of structures as per the industry wages, allowances, salary ranges.
3. Analyzing & review of payroll process, input data, cross checks, process compliance,
operating internal controls and team management.
4. To ensure that all the statutory compliance are adhered and timely returns are submitted.
5. Maintain documentations for compliance and liaison with external teams.
D. Employee Engagement/Welfare/Relations
1. Making efforts to develop the team & its morale through exchange of ideas, cross functional
team building activities and other engagement programs.
2. Managing rewards & recognition, birthday & festival celebrations, fun at work, get together.
3. Monthly factory and field visits to identify and enable healthy work and team environment.
4. Initiate best practices of HR including HR help-desk to address grievances.
Skills Required:
1. Must have 3+ years of successful performance as a Recruiter & management of HR
operations in manufacturing and allied industry.
2. Ability to maintain the highest level of discretion, negotiations, discipline and confidentiality.
3. Ability to maintain composure and handle multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced
environment.
4. Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
5. High attention to detail and the ability to work effectively and manage a varied workload.
6. Knowledge in excel and proficient in Microsoft Office.
