JOB DETAILS
The job holder primarily role is to handle and manage company day to day HR Handling HR administration & Governance including of talent acquisition, talent nurturing, onboarding or offboarding activities. He/she will be responsible for end-to-end HR responsibilities of STP and deliver as per the business requirements.
The key areas of responsibilities are as below:
Maintaining & Updating all HR reports & Trackers like Employee Master database, leave tracker, Appraisal tracker, Quit employee master database
Policy creations and updating as per the requirement
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
Maintains human resource staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees
Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations
