OpenMind - Bangalore is looking for team members who are passionate about growing aggressively in a competitive environment. Roles and Responsibilities HR duties - (60%) Be responsible for all HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, mentoring, salary and conditions, contracts, training and development, talent management, driving performance appraisals and any other HR related issues) Act as a central point of reference for internal and external queries, ensuring that messages are recorded and reported on in a timely manner, including contact with staff and managers Responsible for Statutory compliances and accounting of PF, ESI, Insurance policies, Gratuity, Medical cover for the employees, etc Handling Time Office and maintenance of attendance & leave records Ensure all HR processes are as per ISO standards Attendance Management Payroll/Expense Management Update the company server with timely, relevant forms, policies, and procedures to always ensure accessibility for employees. Other responsibilities as assigned Payroll Management (10%) Develop systems to process payroll account transactions (e.g. salaries, benefits, garnishments, deductions, taxes, and third party payments) Coordinate timekeeping and payroll systems Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies Liaise with auditors and manage payroll tax audits Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) and accounting teams Maintain accurate records and prepare reports Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions Office administration duties- (20%) Coordinate between the building facility management team and our operations team for the smooth functioning of the Office. Maintain and track of all company assets that are allocated to employees and keep safe custody of all the unallocated and returned assets. Keep a track of all inward and outward movement of posts, couriers, assets, and other items. Interact with internal and external (vendors etc.) stakeholders, answering questions, and resolving issues. Coordinate with the vendors and get the project requirements fulfilled within the deadline. Other duties as assigned by Management from time to time
