Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking for a talented HR professional with strong experience in recruitment and knowledge of compliance to assist leading the HR domain.

Roles/Responsibilities - General HR
Support HR head by being point of the contact for the employees and managers for the business
Assisting with day to day operations of the HR function
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Maintain proper work culture, ensuring timeliness is maintained in terms of check in and check out of employees
Ensure adherence to policies and act as an internal control representative
Identify and implement practices to improve employee morale and motivation.
Roles/Responsibilities - Recruitment
Write JDs, Manage end to end funnel of posting jobs, Conducting interviews, Closing positions within strict deadlines.
Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements
Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs and schedule interviews
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Ensuring relevant training to the employees in their respective department, ensuring proper and smooth hand over from the previous employee
Exit Management
Roles/Responsibilities - Payroll
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
Possess knowledge of the labour laws, ensuring compliance with the Provident Fund, ESI and other acts.
Ensuring timely payouts to employees
Roles/Responsibilities - Record Maintenance
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, grievances, performance evaluations)
Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Development and upkeep of proper KRAs and appraisal cycle in the organisation.
