ob description We have urgent openings for Senior HR Executive - ( Andheri, Marol - Immediate joiner) Location - Andheri, Marol Salary - 3 LPA to 4 LPA Experience - 2 to 5 years Generalist: 1. Responsible for Onboarding and off boarding process of employees. 2. Ensure all formalities of new joiners are completed as per the company policy and process 3. Ensure that all associates carry/ware their ID cards. 4. Attendance management and policy adherence. 5. Ensuring that company associates (across locations) follow strict attendance discipline and follow company attendance policy. 6. Leave management and analysis of leave consumed by the employees. (Monthly report) 7. Exit interviews process, analyze the reasons for attrition. 8. Manage employee termination, absconding cases and company assets. 9. Ensure that the associate/s who are resigning, follow the handover/knowledge transfer process, handover of company assets, ID card. 10. Ensuring proper filing of employee and compliance documents. 11. Ensuring that the HRMS portal is updated with correct and complete employee data. 12. Employee grievance management. (Response to employee mails, the TAT is 24 hours) 13. Utilization of the HR service desk tool, with correct and complete data. (Zero tolerance) 14. To check on employee availability in every project, and their work and vaccination status. 15. Ensuring that every employee adheres to the set protocols for COVID-19 when working in office. 16. Induction of new employees to the company. 17. To be available on phone during leaves and holidays as required. People Management: 1. Find creative ways to manage attrition. 2. Conducting quarterly performance appraisals across business functions. 3. Analysis of skills and understanding training needs of staff members. 4. Conducting analysis of employee productivity on quarterly basis. 5. Collaborate with the Service Delivery and Project managers to conduct training programs for engineers. Legal and Compliance Management: 1. To strictly adhere to the statutory compliance management and updating Aletheia management of new policies pertaining to HR and labour contracts. 2. Coordinating with legal and PF/ESIC consultants on labour related matters. 3. Ensuring that the company is meeting all compliance norms pertaining to Labour contract, PF, ESIC, bonus act, minimum wages etc. 4. Review of company HR policies and updating the same on the portal. 5. Review the company code of conduct manual 6. Organizing pre-employment verifications, background checks of every employee that would be employed. Payroll & Compensation: 1. Coordinating with General Manager-Operations/Finance Manager for payroll and compensation process for all employees. 2. Increments and bonus calculations for employees based on their performance. (From the HRMS portal) 3. Tabulation of attendance, Compensatory offs, and leaves. 4. Managing employee queries related to compensation and compliance issues. 5. Handling contract employees' payroll. 6. Preparation of salary certificates, salary increments letter, etc. Project Management: 1. To undertake a monthly review of employees performance, behavior toward the client and their managers, attendance reviews/availability in each project along with the service delivery manager/project manager. 2. Ensuring head count is maintained in every project 3. Conduct monthly review meetings with the clients (through VC) 4. HR report to be sent to the CEO end of every month. Office Administration: 1. To check and maintain stock for hand and office sanitization. 2. To check and maintain office stationery and pantry related items. 3. To ensure that the housekeeping staff is punctual and maintains office hygiene daily. 4. Any other jobs related to office administration.
