Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
Lead employer branding initiatives
Create a talent pool for all roles within the organisation
Conduct onboarding and relevant registrations for new joiners
Update the employee database with the data of new employees (e.g. Background verification etc)
Plan and administer employee engagement initiatives, camps and seminars/ webinars
Manage employee grievances
Desired Candidate Profile
Master's degree/ diploma in Human Resource Management
2-4 years experience as HR Executive, HR Administrator or a similar role.
Excellent oral & written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Conversant, polite and friendly with the ability to work and deliver under stressful situations
