Job description
1.To take care of statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Actuarial like Bonus, Leave Encashment and Gratuity.
2. To do the reconciliation of PF and ESIC details.
3. Managing Employee Benefits including Employee reimbursements as per rules and regulations of income tax.
4. Processing taxes and payment of employee benefits
5. Addressing issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors
6. Preparing reports for upper management, finance department etc.
Resolving payroll discrepancies
7. To be updated about the minimum wages and its implementation.
8. To Laison with Government Authorities and Legal Consultants.
Essential Skills :
1. MBA in HR
2. 3 to 5 years HR Payroll & Compliance handling experience, preferably in a sales organization.
3. Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals & Taxes Good knowledge of employment legislation & statutory requirements
4. Experience in manual salary processing and through software tools
5. Should be presentable with excellent comm skills.
6. Should be well versed with MS Excel.
