Job description
We are seeking a skilled HR and Administration Professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in our expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, assessment, and the creation of incentive programs.
Role & responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Staffing: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
2. Employee Relations and Engagement: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. Foster a positive work environment.
3. Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers on performance feedback and goal-setting.
4. HR Policy and Compliance: Develop and update HR policies and procedures to align with legal requirements and industry best practices.
5. Training and Development: Assess training needs across the organization.
6. Assessment & Trainings: Implement trainings and performance evaluation systems.
7. Incentive Program Creation: Design and implement incentive programs and Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of incentive programs.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and HRIS software.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
