1. Must be able to do recruitment individually.
2. Must be able to handle all tasks related to admin and Office management.
3. Need to operate CRM fully (Training will be provided)
4. Need to manage account responsibility as per requirement
5. Need to build relationships with existing clients by a call.
6. Need to manage vendor coordination and Documentation.
7. Day-to-day telephonic follow-up and interaction with existing and new clients. Able to send quotations, explain the products and services offered.
8. Can handle Front Office Activities, All Day-to-day Routine Work of the Office Administration Etc.
9. Maintaining Database of Potential Clients and Exploring Market and Business Opportunities.
10. Should be able To Handle Emails, Phone Calls, Couriers, Posts, Correspondence, Chats, Draft Various Letters, inventory and Clients Follow-Ups Etc.
11. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, and telephone conference
12. Reporting about the Day-to-day progress and provide administrative services to The Management.
