strategy.
2. Ensure smooth HR operations at PAN India level.
3. Ensure compliance against all legal and statutory requirements.
4. Preparing and controlling annual HR budget.
5. Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives
high performance.
6. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
7. Manage complete life cycle of the employee through well-defined
laid down processes.
8. Bring new HR initiatives at workplace.
9. Lead and guide PAN India HR team
