About the Role: -Must be capable to handle below mentioned activities of AOR Stores & BAL & all Legal Entities: Managing the overall compliance for Bharti Airtel AOR stores and also auditing & supervising compliances for partners providing manpower to AOR stores. Reporting / circulating timely flashing of dash board towards updated status of AOR compliances. Also need to engage on the activities related to vendor compliances with central & state laws through comprehensive governance mechanism/control Promoting the process improvement, standardization to drive efficiency and to increase service quality Key Deliverables: Ensuring monthly meeting with Compliance Partner and take update on S&E, Display of abstracts and flash a dash board on status of AOR Compliances Maintain and processing of Payment of Gratuity Act for on roll employees Maintain and processing of NPS (National Pension Scheme) for all applicable employees and those who interested to opt the scheme Processing and maintaining the absconding process for all applicable employees Maintaining the trackers of PO / Invoicing raised by Partner and their timely payouts Preparation of inspection data under various Acts Must have knowledge of Labour Law Compliances and its applicability, also ensuring compliance with central & state laws through comprehensive governance mechanism / control The annual schedule for regulatory notifications and filings Security Benefits such as Provident Fund, ESIC, Minimum Wages, Maternity Benefits, Workman Compensation. To maintain PR with Govt. Officials (Labour Authorities, CPFC, RPFC and ESIC, etc.) Note: Play pivotal role in Stake Holder Management Central Office, such as AOR HR head / Circle Office / Legal team (Circle/Central) / Finance, SCM and Govt. Offices Responsible for court /labor authority representations if required etc. Exposure of all the below Acts, with regard to registration/remittance/ returns/ inspection/notices closure / vendors audits :- The Employee Provident Fund Act The ESIC Act 1948 The Payment of Gratuity Act 1972 The Maternity Benefit Act 1961 The Employees Compensation Act 1923 The Payment of Bonus Act The Shops and Establishments Act The Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act The Employment Exchanges (Compulsory Notification of Vacancies) Act The Minimum Wages Act The Payment of Wages Act The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act etc. Major Challenges : Timely compliance of all Payroll & non Payroll related compliances Managing / timely review with compliance partners. Managing all applicable HR Compliances for Manpower agencies providing CROs at AOR stores.
