Roles and Responsibilities
- End to end recruitment (responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, negotiations, offer and background verification)
- Understand and learn the details of each job requisition and its requirements, project location, duration, etc.
- Understand the priority of the requisition and Identify qualified technical candidates utilizing various sources available resume database, employment web sites, referrals, own network, other recruiters, contractors, etc. Create pipeline and talent pool for future requirements.
- Conduct preliminary interview to qualify the candidate - assess technical skill level, communication skills, Compensation negotiation, etc.
- The person should be capable of managing high volume demands while maintaining TAT and adhering to all process requirements.
- Coordinating the interview Drives coordinate with the team and hiring managers.
maintain trackers and reports.
- Meet set targets as per recruitment plan.
- Should be comfortable in travelling.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Required Skills: Excellent communication
- Qualification required:- Graduate/MBA/PG in HR
- Candidate with minimum 1 year experience from ITES hiring background shall be preferred
- Immediate joiners shall be preferred.
