JOB DETAILS              
Job Roles – Payroll Processing Process accurate monthly payroll for 10 countries by following policies and procedures to ensure on time monthly salary payments. • Maintain accurate payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data. • Report of monthly payroll variances • Develop a trust relationship with employees ensuring confidentiality of their personal data and responding to queries effectively and efficiently. • Contribute to team effort by supporting colleagues and working to achieve an efficient and accurate payroll function – assisting others where needed. Leave Management Manage Leave administration on HC System to ensure accuracy of leave information reporting on any anomalies. • Report on any leave abuse or excess leave balances • Work cooperatively with Local SPOC and other HC staff to ensure accuracy of leave report Statutory Compliance • Timely and accurate Statutory Compliance through coordination with Local Payroll SPOC ensuring that late payment penalties are avoided • Prepare Monthly / Bi- annually / Yearly Returns Monthly Report Complete all monthly reporting ( Please elaborate on what reports) • Prepare relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports. • Provide Monthly payroll reports to HC / Finance Audit requirement Support all internal and external audits related to payroll. • Manage and timely resolve issues relating to payroll.
