Responsible for hiring Restaurant Manager/Asst Restaurant Manager & Shift Manager as per budget
NSO hiring
Sourcing the relevant profiles though job portals and other sources
Conducting interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
Offer management & Joining formality
Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance
Conduct new joiner induction and orientation
Ensuring statutory compliances - UAN Verification, UAN Activation, ESIP IP Generation
HRIS - Employee personal information update and personal file
HRBP role in assigned locations
