Roles and Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Recruitment process.
Co-ordination with departmental heads and understanding their requirements.
Creating multiple pipeline for recruitment.
Co-ordinating with vendors to source candidates.
Skilled in sourcing through various job portals.
Keep better co-ordination between candidates and line managers.
Offer negotiation, joining negotiation and ensure timely joining of candidates.
Issuing offer letters and complete joining formalities.
Keep MIS updated and in order.
Desired Candidate Profile
Skilled in Recruitment and operation.
Experience in hiring in any financial industry.
Skilled in Excel and MS office.
Fluent in English and excellent communication skill is must.
