JOB DETAILS
Learning & Development (30%):
Liaising with business functions to analyze training needs to develop specific training program for employees
Finalization of annual training Budgets and Calendar
Designing, both in-house and working with expert external parties, solutions that include a blended approach to learning
Promoting Learning to ensure a specific number of training hours / days per person per year and in line with Springer Nature guidelines
Maintain, develop, and organize training material, learning activities
Assigning online training to employees on the internal training portal (LEAP) such as induction training, V&C training; and trainings basis the inputs extracted from performance management / confirmation reviews
Ensuring closure of V&C and any other mandatory trainings
Collecting and collating training feedback after each training program
Reporting to Senior Management team on training delivery and feedback and budget vs expenditure
Employee Engagement (50%):
Draw up an annual Engagement calendar and driving Employee Engagement as per the calendar
Maintain employee engagement budgets
Ensure optimum vendors for engagement
Managing celebrations and various Fun at work / virtual activities for employees
Publishing HR newsletter
Managing the internal communication platform for sharing updates and happenings with the employees
Planning and organizing various annual events and team get-togethers
Managing rewards & recognition program
Devise innovative ideas for engagement and enhancing employee connect aligned with satisfaction survey recommendations
Facilitating and managing employee connects with few functions
HR Operations (20%):
Creating employee codes on the internal database system
Managing the confirmation and transfer process
Managing separation & exit Formalities that includes clearance from all departments.
Conducting exit interviews in line with Springer Nature guidelines on receipt of resignation and understanding the exact reasons for leaving the organization
Preparation of reports related to trainings, confirmations, and exits
