Job description Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Delivering effective support to the head of HR and the wider business, ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of the HR function. 2. Responsible for the entire gamut of Talent Acquisition life cycle 3. Responsible for multiple hiring for various departments within the organization which includes Technology, Operations and non-Technology pan India. 4. Internal Growth Process: End to End ownership of the internal job posting process, and other career development programs. This covers posting jobs, designing and administering selection rounds. 5. Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: Interview, Co-ordination, Offer Negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions, Empower Entries, Employee Exits. Responsible for Coordinating fulfilment of other formalities such as On boarding, Joining Formalities, Documentation, Documents verification, coordinating with IT/Admin for System arrangement etc. Familiarizing new employee with organization, policies. 6. Responsible for operations like Offer generation, recruitment dashboards, JRF / Offer report etc. Handle new hire meetings/ HR Connect. 7. Facilitate internal transfers across departments. 8. Must assist the Functional Head to ensure that employee retention initiatives in the process are implemented assisting in making action plans based on trends and feedback. 9. Responsible for creating and developing all Recruitment analytics and trends Responsible for implementation of ATS for better operational efficiencies.
