 End to end HR Shared Services transactional activities associatedwith the employee life cycle.  
• Deliver a quality and professional service to all internal customersand stakeholders for the US client.  
• Preparing for Pre-Joining process and on board candidates.  
• Process termination and exit formalities.  
• Initiating Offer request by launching events
• Previewing, validated and released offer letters to the candidate with highest accuracy  
• Adhere to and demonstrate high proficiency in agreed SLAs, and customerservice standards.  
• Initiating the background verification of new hires  
• Manage the new hire pre onboarding process; take follow up with the candidate or the business until the  
candidate joined.    
• Assist with internal and external audits and Maintain HR system with 100% accurate and updated information.  
• Responsible to ensure that all the joining formalities will be doneby candidate on the day of joining.Roles and Responsibilities
Desired Candidate Profile Candidate can be Graduate/MBA -HR, must have good communication skills, go getter and should have positive attitude. Should have handled high pressure/high volume jobs. Looking for immediate joiners (Male candidate preferred)
