Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
HR Support
Coordination for interviews scheduled at office
Coordination for on-boarding activities for new joinees
Maintaining personal file of all employees as per the joining checklist by supporting TA team
Coordinate for bank account opening for new joinees
Supporting Operations team for Insurance benefit administration
Employee insurance and other various insurance activities & its renewal process
Maintain files like PF, ESIC, Circulars, Vendors, Insurance files
Providing support for all TA processes to TA team
Office Admin
Coordinating or all office housekeeping & sanitation activities
Responsible for office maintenance and AC maintenance
Responsible for GRN entries of Various admin & HR related vendors
Responsible for office stationery, petty cash & other utility requirements management
Responsible for office pantry administration and maintenance
Managing Office boy duty and visitors
Managing courier Services, In-ward/ Out-ward
Travel & Expense Management
Travel booking for official tour basis of approvals by management and as per policy
Hotel booking, Flight Bookings, Visa Processing etc.
Processing of reimbursements and claims submitted by employees and other office expenses
IT coordination
Providing on site admin support to Handover laptop / Supporting for Configuration
Maintaining and keeping a track of IT assets as per the requirement
Coordination with IT team for IT assets allocation to new joinees
Job Specifications:
Education and Experience requirements:
Bachelor's degree. Masters in HR will be preferred
5-10 years of experience in the same field.
Age: 30-35yrs
Knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics:
Experience with HR software
Computer literacy (MS Office/MS Excel applications etc.)
Passionate, empathetic, energetic, agile and team player.
Good communication skills & understanding of travel bookings, VISA process etc.
A motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
