Responsibilities
• First point of contact for HR process and policy related queries
• Administer the full employee lifecycle including on-boarding for new hires, promotions, transfers, off-boarding for leavers, maternity etc.
• Generate offer letters, contracts and other employment-related documentation in accordance with HR and company guidelines
• To monitor and review all right to work documentation and chase anything outstanding.
• Ensure employee records and files are accurate and up to date
• Coordinate HR inductions and trainings
• Prepare the payroll report to be given to payroll providers
• Answer any queries that employees may have on their payroll
• Ensure all employee records are processed in line with company procedures and GDPR legislation.
Experience / Skills / Qualification
• Self-starter, ability to handle new tasks with limited support
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Personable with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Numerate with a good level of spelling and grammar
• Ability to cope with change in a busy working environment
• Prior experience of working in a sensitive administration role is essential, ideally in Human Resources
• IT Skills: Familiar with all Microsoft Office Packages to an intermediate level (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
