Job description ARSS Infrastructure Projects Ltd. is hiring 'Senior Executive HR & Admin Operation' at Meghalaya project sites Location: Project Site @ Meghalaya Salary: Upto 3.60 LPA + Bachelors Accommodation + Food No. of vacancy: 02 Key responsibilities: *Responsible to oversee all generic admin functions of the site *Should have excellent communication skills with multitasking capabilities *Should have good working knowledge of MS office *Handling & maintaining correspondence, documents, reports and presentations as required *Resolve critical employees grievances and ensure harmonious industrial relations; keeping compliance with various industrial laws and promoting employees welfare activities *Managing various activities like transportation, housekeeping, security, purchase of stationary & office equipment *Preparing MIS reports & other statements with a view to apprise management of business operations and assist in critical decision-making process; handling & maintaining correspondence, documents, reports and presentations as required *Looking after House Keeping of Office area, Canteen and Labour camp and ensuring about safety, security and hygiene. *Implementing corporate admin policies in the organisation *Co-ordinate with HO team on Work Culture policies for the ongoing sites *Prepare and submit monthly HR and Admin MIS reports with Corporate HR *Maintaining Leave Records and timely submission of Attendance Input Data for salary processing *Documentation of all staff and labourers deployed at Project Site on Outsourced rolls and on Temporary basis *Must be able to handle security, safety, utilities & maintenance, HR, records, coordination, reports, inventory, contractors coordination etc. *Monitoring the attendance of employees on day to day basis Eligibility: - ~Must have 6 - 10 years of relevant Admin work experience at site in infra / construction companies ~Must have work experience at Construction Project Site in HR and Administration Domain ~Must be MBA HR or equivalent qualification Desired Candidate Profile ~Only Male applicants ~Ability to liaise with local parties and labour officers ~Good Communication and interpersonal skill ~Good knowledge of MS Excel ~Able to read, write & speak in English & Hindi.
