ii. Partnering with hiring managers to assess talent needs and strategy to meet those talent needs with both internal and external recruiting efforts.

i. Facilitating pre-joining formalities, induction, and onboarding processes for a delightful first impression.
* Learning & Growth
i. Identifying training needs by monitoring & analyzing existing skill gaps among the employees in collaboration with the Head of Department
ii. Building a future-ready organization through HRD initiatives like specialized technical/functional programs.
